Two-time cancer survivor. First hit at 24, deep in the trades—25+ years of grease, grit, and long shifts building with my hands. Chemo stripped me bare. Beat it once, only to face it again at 34, now carrying 100 extra pounds, failing at relationships, in pain & lashing out at those around me—old trauma-based patterns, people-pleasing habits, substance abuse shadows, and generational wounds that echoed louder than the pain.

At my lowest, suicidal with a shotgun in hand, I faced the choice: admit myself or be forced into rehab. I chose myself. That moment cracked everything open—I began walking the path of healing not just for me, but for the generations before and after. I dropped the weight through real choices, confronted substance abuse and people-pleasing head-on, owned the harm I'd caused to those that love me, healed generational traumas through plant-medicine ceremonies that reconnected me to the creator, leaned heavy on my martial arts practice to reclaim my power, led men's retreats and yoga sessions to drop masks and forge brotherhood.

From garage floors to the dojo, I learned resilience is forged—then shared it as a coach and mentor.
